How to Book a TOUR

We must reach a minimum number of passengers who have paid a deposit or in full prior to the date we have to cancel accommodations / reservations or events.  This usually is 45 days prior to departure but is subject to change – depending upon the tour.  Some tours may require full payment 60 days prior to departure – check the website for individual tour notices.  If we don’t receive the required number of travelers, the tour will be cancelled.  Waiting until the trip is confirmed may cause the trip to be cancelled.  Those who choose to wait to leave a refundable deposit may cause the tour to be cancelled.
Please book as soon as you know you want to go.  Most of our tours allow cancellation up to 45 days prior to the trip departure without penalty.  Please see our cancellation question below.
There are no discounts for last minute bookings. If we do not have enough customers 45 days prior to departure we may have to cancel the trip.
To reserve a seat on a tour you must agree to the Tour Conditions and provide us with a deposit per person as stated on each tour.   Your final tour payment is due in our office at least 45 days prior to departure. Some tours (usually those with flights) require full payment 60 days prior to departure.  Check on individual tours for individual payment due dates prior to the start of the tour. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and e-transfer, personal checks, bank drafts, or money orders in Canadian dollars.
Missing the final payment deadline may result in your being removed from the tour, regardless of deposit – please contact us if there any questions or issues.  If you sign up for a tour less than 45 days before its departure, full payment is required, in all cases please check the final payment due date.
Each Website page as well as the main overview pages has a “Book Now” button.   Select your tour, click the “Book Now” button, choose to pay either with a deposit (minimum $50.00) or just select the Pay in Full option, fill in you credit card number on the secure interface, answer some questions and you are full booked.  Alternately, you may call 587 223 0203 to book and pay via cheque, e-transfer or credit card.  Once payment has been received you are booked on the tour!

Extra Information TidBits

This is your tour!  Please let us know if you need a room with special features (handicap for example) or if you need to be close to someone else or perhaps close to the elevator.

Some tours include luggage handling but if you require assistance we an either help you or find hep for you.  We will do our best to help you!

In most cases, the coach seating is generally done in sequence of booking order. Booking early means you request can be easily accommodated. Some seating requests may be accommodated due to health reasons if possible.
We generally stay at hotels / resorts with casinos as they tend to be most cost effective.  They also supplies a means of entertainment for a lot of our customers.  However, we choose hotels that are most suited to our tours based on location and customer convenience.  We also do our best to provide side trips with many other activities.
We can provide all the details, every stop and every visit with all of the expected times for each.  The final versions are usually  sent out a week prior to the departure date.
It should always depend upon the SERVICE you receive.  Typically Life Time Highs spends hours researching routes and destinations, entertains on the bus, narrates, picks up garbage on the bus, handles all reservations and excursions, keeps the tour on time, handles all aspects of the tour requiring tickets, handles emergencies of illness, death, missing passengers, baggage control and are generally available 24 hours per day while on tour.  Tips are never expected but are always appreciated and guidelines within this industry are $5.00 per day for the tour guide and $4.00 per day for the bus driver.
